Centrifuge
Centrifuge adalah alat untuk memutar sampel pada kecepatan tinggi, memaksa partikel yang lebih berat terkumpul ke dasar tabung alat ini. Pemakaian alat ini yang paling sering adalah untuk pemisahan komponen sel darah dari cairannya sehingga cairannya bisa dipakai untuk pemeriksaan. Centrifuge ini sering kita temui dalam suatu laboratorium kimia biologi, medis, atau lab industri dimana fungsi centrifuge ini adalah untuk memisahkan bahan tersuspensi dari medianya.
