VOCs Online Monitoring System

System Introduction
VOCs online monitoring system consists of four basic parts: gaseous pollutant monitoring subsystem, flue gas monitoring subsystem (temperature, oxygen, humidity, flow velocity), calibration and assistant subsystem, system control and data collection process subsystem.
Sampling probe is used to take gas sample and with a built-in ceramic filter to remove the dust in flue gas. The heat tracing pipeline with high temperature is to prevent vapor from being condensed. TPF integrated monitor is employed to measure gas tmeperature, pressure and flow velocity of stack or in the stack flue. Hygrograph is used to measure gas humidity.
Control cabinet internaly is equipped with control unit, IPC, heating box, high-temperatrue pump, etc. Air compressor produces gas source for regular blowback on heat tracing pipeline, sampling probe, and temperature pressure flow integrated monitor.

System Advantages
- Adopting internationally recognized GC + FID technology, the system has features of high accuracy, high sensitivity, high reliability and the ease of maintenance. It fits to analyze and monitor VOCs in industrial waste gas under complex, severe environmental conditions.
- Heat tracing of high temperature is adopted for whole process, from sampling probe to analyzer, thus no water-removal is needed, which effectively protects samples from being damaged, improving monitoring accuracy as well as reliability.
- The system supports monitoring for various organic waste gas, including total hydrocation, non-methane hydrocarbon, benzene series, ketone, olefin, alcohol, etc. which could meet monitoring requirements for different clients.
- It uses Silcosteel processing gas line greatly reduce the adsorbtion and residual gas within the tube wall.
- FID detector has autognition function, igniting automatically after flame extinction. It also has automatic overheat overheat protection function to prevent devices from damages. The design of chromatography components and gas path is reliable and stable.
- Flameproof enclosure is used to meet the installation requirement of anti-explosionoccasion.
