Applications :
This is adhesive for vulcanizing rubber at ambient temperature, used for the splicing and repair of conveyor belts.
Features :
1. Shorter curing time.
The Belt can be operation only two hours after work is completed.
(With ambient temperature over 15C ~ 35C)
2. Wider Applicable Range.
SUNPAT-ECO is applicable to SBR type heat resistant belt and oil resistant belt.
3. High Peeling Off Resistance
Even though cushion rubber is not used is hightly resistant to peeling off caused by bending
4. Increased Operational Efficiency
With is quick drying perfomance yet high adhesion, it eliminate problems such as mis-positioning. Finishing is also simple.
5. Shelf life : 9 Months
Applicable Range
- Belt Tension : Overall max. 1020 kgf/cm
- Tensile : Max. 255kgf/cm/ply
- Cover Rubber Thickness : 0-6.5 mm
- Cover Rubber Type : General cover rubber, SAR, UIP, HC-510, HC-513, OR-210, OR-220, CR, Rough Top
Penggunaan lem Sunpat Eco 310 (Cement) ini harus digabungkan dengan Sunpat Eco 305 (Hardening Agent)
