Eni ACER ID 32 Circulating Oil / Air Compressor Oil

High quality lubricants for use in hydraulic and circulating systems. They are manufactured from selected base materials , paraffin base with addition of antioxidant and anti - corrosion additives ( R & O classification , ISO - L - CKB and ISO - L - HL ) . AGIP ACER oils have a wide range of viscosities and can meet almost any need.

PERFORMANCE
• AGIP ACER Series oils have a high viscosity index, which greatly reduces variations in oil viscosity and therefore oil film operation is maintained over a wide temperature range.
• All grade oils have excellent oxidation stability and resistance to aging.
• AGIP ACER oil has good water separation properties and does not form an emulsion, resulting in loss of lubrication.
• Good anti-foaming properties allow very fast relief from entrained air. These properties are necessary for hydraulic fluids, prevent problems with circulation and pump oil pumps and reduce thermal and oxidative aging.
• All grade oils have good corrosion resistance, reliably protecting against corrosion even in the presence of moisture.
• Oils compatible with all types of elastomers and sealants.

APPLICATION
AGIP ACER hydraulic fluids are suitable for hydrostatic and hydrodynamic systems (with the exception of special car automatic transmissions). Oils are used mainly in cases where properties are required such as high resistance to aging, good corrosion resistance, high demulsibility. However, they should not be used in cases where pumps or other equipment require lubrication of the surface layer, as they have high anti-wear properties.
Oils are also recommended for oil baths or circulation systems, for most mechanisms, such as:
• pins;
• bearings;
• anti-friction bearings;
• crank;
• hypoid transmission does not require the use of oils with EP properties;
• the clutch is running in an oil bath.

Oil used for lubricating air compressors. Classes 32, 46, 68 and 100 correspond to the VCL level of DIN 51506, as classes 150, 220, 320 and 460 correspond to the Varieties Breeding level. This oil can also be used for other purposes that require high quality paraffin based oils. Agip ACER 100, in particular, can be used in many crankcase engines with separate lubrication and water cooling from the pistons.
